You don’t want to miss worshiping with us at Old Powhatan Baptist Church on Sunday. It will be a day of great CELEBRATION! Why?

1. We have a Savior Who is Risen, Who loves us and Who is WORTHY of our worship!
2. We have a Savior Who STILL SAVES! We will celebrate new believers again tomorrow as we baptize children and adults who have been rescued from sin by Jesus!
3. We have a Savior Who ANSWERS OUR PRAYERS! Tomorrow we will sing some old favorite hymns with the organ because we are celebrating God’s work in the life of Peggy Whitten, who is BACK THIS SUNDAY! She has finished her last chemo treatment and will be playing the organ again during the 11AM service. Sharon Lewis, who has been so faithful to fill in during 2nd service over the past months will be playing during the 8:30AM service. We will sing: Victory in Jesus, Praise Him! Praise Him! and It is Well.
