Due to the power outages and the lack of electrical power and water at the church building, we will not be meeting at OPBC this Sunday. There are some great sister churches in the area, like Salem Baptist in Goochland, Red Lane Baptist, Powhatan, Parkway Baptist and several more. If you decide to stay home and have power and internet, here are some options for how you can BE the church even as we can’t GATHER as the church this Lord’s Day.
- Serve a NEIGHBOR. Clean up a yard, share a meal, or simply pray for one another.
- Serve ONE ANOTHER. There are still many in our fellowship who don’t have power. Reach out and share a meal together… or let them use your shower… all of us will appreciate that!
- Pray for our CHURCH and COMMUNITY. Pray for unity and healing in the church and for the Gospel witness in our Community through upcoming events like the Fall Fest and Halloween Outreach.
- Worship with your FAMILY and FRIENDS at home. Here is a quick guide for your family.
