Each day until Christmas, I will post a Scripture Reading and a couple of questions from the book, as well as one of my favorite Advent/ Christmas songs to set our hearts toward Jesus this season.

What does God do for those who are hungry? What happens to the prideful?
READ JOHN 14:20 and REVELATION 7:16-17
How is Jesus the One Who fills our hungry hearts?
Jesus did not design the gifts He gives us to be our greatest happiness and joy. HE is our greatest joy! Jesus came to make our hearts His Home and “in His presence there is fullness of joy!”
PRAY: Thank God for the good gifts He has given you. Ask Him to help you trust and love Him as the best gift. Thank Him for the gift of Jesus and that Jesus is better than any other happiness or gift.
