What do we see in Jesus according to these verses? Where did Jesus come from?
God is Spirit. We can’t see God. But we can see His glory and beauty every day. Romans 1 tells us that all of creation shows God’s personality… His attributes… His holiness, power, grace and love. But all of that is just like the wrapping paper on the outside of the gift. Jesus is the real gift… he unwraps God’s full beauty so that we can know Him, trust Him and love Him fully. We see God’s glory and beauty when we look at Jesus and His life, His death and His resurrection.
PRAY: Thank Jesus for showing you fully what God is like. Ask Him to help your friends to see His beauty. Ask Him to help your life show how great God is!
