The Generosity Project: Weekly Followup

We are thankful for Dr. Jeff Iorg and his message on Gospel Generosity this past Sunday. I’m also grateful to serve a church that is generous to the Gospel. If you are not already joining in on the Gospel partnerships, I wanted to give you some more resources to see how your giving and generosity makes an eternal difference.

HERE IS THE VIDEO FROM THIS PAST SUNDAY: (starting at 40:30)

And as we continue to consider more elements of Gospel Generosity, here is the video that goes along with the more in depth study THE GENEROSITY PROJECT. For the next few weeks we will be in a series of sermons called the Generosity Project, loosely centered on some great teaching in the book by the same name. You can get the BOOK/ WORKBOOK HERE or we have a few copies in the book nook this Sunday for a donation of $10 or more to our What’s New at Old Powhatan Campaign. This workbook will help you dive deeper into the heart of generosity that God is calling us into.

OPBC’s primary Gospel Partnership Giving tool is the Cooperative Program. We also give to support missions through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering for North American Missions. You can also give to OPBC’s missions fund or youth fund to support our student missions team headed to Puerto Rico this summer. And we support a church plant in Sherbrooke, Canada among international immigrants and refugees. You can GIVE HERE.

Here is a great explanation of the Cooperative Program and how it works!
