As I look at my life, there is a role that brings me such great joy. I LOVE BEING A DAD!

I always wanted daughters. I love shopping with them, picking out clothes… I mean I have more shoes than my wife and daughters… combined. But, my girls aren’t perfect. They can drive me crazy, they can drive each other crazy. But, their lives are precious to me… and their lives in Christ are my greatest joy.

CHESED: My little woman. Old soul. Compassionate and caring. So concerned about doing the right thing. Never wanting to disappoint me. So smart. But the thing that I am most thankful for is your love for Jesus. Reading your Bible every night. Singing Ellie Holcomb songs (and every other song) in the car. Your joy in the Lord is one of your daddy’s greatest joys.

CHARISA: My mini-me. Such passion. Such creativity. Your zeal for life is infectious. So funny. And that LAUGH! It’s the best. When you smile, everyone smiles. SMILE MORE! I am thankful for what God is going to do in and through you for His glory. Your creativity is rooted in the Creator. And I can’t wait to see what happens next.
