What did the Law of God say that Mary and Joseph had to do with Jesus?
Why did they make a sacrifice, also?
Jesus was completely righteous… He always thought the right thing and did the right thing… always obeying and honoring God. And the great gift that Jesus gives to those who trust Him is that we get HIS righteousness given to us. It’s like the best new clothes that cover us and show us to be in right relationship with God!
PRAY: Thank Jesus for living the perfect life you could not. Thank Him for keeping EVERY word of God’s Law! Ask Him to cover your sins by His perfect goodness and righteousness.
